Modern slavery is an undisputable and indefensible violation of an individual\u2019s basic human rights. DeterTech Holdings Limited recognises that as a commercial organisation we have a moral and social responsibility to take a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery in all forms. As a company we are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities, and to ensuring, as far is reasonably possible, that our supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Due Diligence<\/strong><\/h4>

When considering working with and taking on new suppliers, DeterTech Holdings Limited is committed to undertake due diligence. This due diligence includes:<\/p>

  • Evaluating the modern slavery and human trafficking risks of each new supplier<\/li>
  • Reviewing on a regular basis all aspects of the supply chain<\/li>
  • Conducting supplier audits<\/li>
  • Taking steps to improve sub-standard suppliers\u2019 practices.<\/li>
  • Associated Policies<\/li><\/ul>

    DeterTech Holdings Limited operate the following policies which assist our approach to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in our operations:<\/p>

    • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy<\/li>
    • Health and Safety Policy<\/li>
    • Corporate Social Responsibility Policy<\/li><\/ul>

      Training<\/strong><\/h4>

      DeterTech Holdings Limited require all key employees involved in supply chain management and any other relevant roles, to complete training to ensure employees are able to assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking. Training covers the various aspects of the business, how employees can recognize the signs of slavery and human trafficking and how it should be reported if this type of activity is suspected. In some cases, supplier\u2019s employees may also require training.<\/p>

      Board Approval and Review<\/strong><\/h4>

      This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of DeterTech Holdings Limited. The policy will be reviewed annually as part of ongoing training, with input from the Board of Directors.<\/p>
