As the primary point of contact for high-value accounts in this matrix organisation, he works closely with dedicated internal Account Executive, Local Surveyors, Crime Intelligence, SST Covert Teams, and Manned Guarding teams to deliver customised security solutions tailored to the unique needs of the utilities industry, ensuring alignment with client goals, leveraging key insights and regulatory standards (OFGEM) across AMP periods adopting finance proposals across CAPEX or OPEX models.
