Johan joined DeterTech in November 2022 as General Manager for Sweden, bringing over 25 years of experience in leadership roles within medium-sized and large security companies. Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Vice President, Head of Operations, Sales & Marketing Director, and Head of Commercial & Solution, always with a focus on driving business growth and operational excellence.

At DeterTech, Johan is leading the company’s expansion into Sweden, establishing a strong market presence and positioning DeterTech as a leader in the security sector. His approach is centred on building trust with customers, understanding their unique needs, and delivering high-quality, tailored security solutions that allow them to focus on their core business.
