Julia Wand.

Julia Wand is the General Manager and Sales Manager for the Netherlands, having joined the business in 2017 before its acquisition by DeterTech. Her journey with the company began as a student when she conducted market research on expanding into Germany as part of her final research assignment. After graduating, she joined as a trainee, quickly progressing to Business Development Manager for the German business before taking on the role of General Manager. Now, she leads the Dutch business, driving growth and operational excellence.

Julia oversees both sales and operations in the Netherlands, with a clear goal of building a stable, financially healthy business where people love to work and are empowered to give their best every day. She is deeply passionate about her team, valuing the energy, commitment, and collaboration that drive success across the Dutch business and the wider DeterTech group.
