Mark Fitzpatrick is the Director of Group Operations at DeterTech, having joined the company 13 years ago as its very first engineer. Starting as a field engineer responsible for installing, hiring, and maintaining equipment, Mark has steadily progressed through key operational roles, including Head Engineer, Operations Coordinator, Operations Manager, and UK Operations Director. Now, as Director of Group Operations, he oversees operations across multiple countries, ensuring DeterTech delivers excellence at every level.

Mark is passionate about maintaining the highest standards in operational performance, from installation quality and response times to the efficiency of the Alarm Receiving Centre. Under his leadership, DeterTech consistently achieves industry-leading service levels, ensuring activations are received, escalated, and responded to within 60 seconds—giving customers true peace of mind.
